Delco has rental properties!

The 5000 sq ft master home on the ranch is currently rented and is scheduled to stay occupied thru January of 2014 (signed a 15yr lease) - BUT, we work with all our residents, and in the event one should buy a new home we will allow the contact to cancel. If you are tired of unfair and unreasonable landlords, give us a call. At Delco Ranch we actually cater to our residents and want nothing more than to see them get more ahead in life, and become a home owner. So, we would never penalize without cause. This master home features more than we can write, including its own 800 sq ft fully equipped gym (shown here).

These other photos are some of the rental properties currently which can come available in the future - please get on our waiting list to assure a spot in line. We also have a Barn Manager position possibly coming available. This job requires a few hours of daily maintenance in exchange for staying in the 800 sq ft efficiency apartment we have on site (which has a separate bedroom).

We also have a 4/2 (not pictured) possibly available next summer. It is a gorgeous 2300 sq ft home, with hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, new cherry oak cabinetry and more.
